HOMEWORK: student reading and answers 3

1 I really dont any questions about this text because it was mostly an informational thing so I can think of anything that I would question, but if I did have questions I would just look them up online.

2   This is what they feel " The overwhelming majority voice their objections to what they see as one-sided support in favor of Israel and against Palestinian rights, and the longstanding, even increasing, support for what Muslims collectively see as tyrannies, most notably Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Pakistan, and the Gulf States. Thus, when American public diplomacy talks about bringing democracy
to Islamic societies, this is seen as no more than self-serving hypocrisy."

3 They might have something to do with it because most of the Muslims see our  policies as disrespectful and they may just want something to blame to on us so that we don't look as good.

4 There has not been any progress because there is anti - jihadist which the arab jihad doesnt like, so they are having arguments and can not come to an agrement that makes scence with both opinions and beliefs.

5 The people of gaza are suffering because they have to deal with the concequences of the terrorist who decided to bomb U.S. states and the problems that the Muslims have.

HOMEWORK: student reading and answers 2

1 The only questions that i personally have about the reading is if president bush knows why they hate us so much why do we still fail to try and make an agreement with the other countries and bring back our innocent men from war in the horrible places, that way we would save a lot of money and time wasted on the fools that dislike us. And they would be answered by looking them up on the "web" or reading the answers in a book.

2 All i really know is that the people from these countries are brainwashed into doing horrible crimes and that they are motivated by their religion and their spiritual beliefs. I think that they would want to overthrow the governments so that they can try to make higher level countries fear them so that they can "take over" the world or so that they can have all the money and run the Earth how they believe it should be. They probably want to drive Israel out of the middle east because they are higher level and would be harder to take over, either that or they just don't like Israel. If I didn't know i would go to a book or just google it online.

3 The only thing that I can add to prove the hate against us that not only Osama had for us is that 9/11 atempt and the actual thing.  However Osama did have a many interviews where he stated that him and the people of the same countries didn't not like the American people but only its government which was obviously a false statement.

4 Wright stated in his book that the young men found the martydom attractive because it promised a better alternative life for those who had a very rough life, unfortunatly this led to the creation of Al Qaeda.

5 Well back when Osama Bin Laden was not as violent the polls had shown that Al Qaeda was very popular but in recent polls the Al Qaeda has dropped in ratings because Osama's acts of violence had been killing innocent Muslims and infidels and most Muslim and Arab people have said that they dissaprove of such actions and refuse to be held part of it.

HOMEWORK: student reading and answers 1

1. Why does the government keep refusing to answer Helen thomas's questions, wouldnt you think that it might answer more than one questions for not only her but a lot of Americans also? and doesnt it make you a little suspicious about what the government if not ( only the press/media ) is hiding from all Americans. I think the questions could only be able to be answered if the government actually started to tell the American nations whats actually going on.

2.  I think Obama is not really giving anymore information than Brennan did, all Obama said was that the terrorist were basically only doing this because of their religion and that the al qaeda was recruiting more people and basically training the innocent people to become terrorist. Brennan didn't really say anything he was just trying to change the subject which I think would make people really suspicious.

3. It's obvious why Thomas was not satisfied with Brennan's answer, because he just wouldnt give her the answer to the question she wanted and i think she was just getting frustrated. I do not believe that Thomas would have accepted president Obama's answer either because he did not answer the question she was asking either, and do I think he would of had a better explanation for her if they were in a face to face interview?.. "yes!"

4. She thinks its important and better to face it and then to forget about it, that is basically what she said. I do think it is important as well because if you think about it when you try to forget about things and refuse to talk about them then you are basically telling yourself and the American people because your refusing to step up and try to make something work out so that we are not getting bombed almost every year?!

5. Honestly i would answer Thomas's questions by telling her that we made the "terrorist countries" mad by having our and the french people treated as if they were prized and by not showing any gratefulness from the help of the lower countries.
