UN LAW

All members of the United Nations must rule in order of this law under ANY circumstances; United Nations members must act upon any large scale matter of violence, no matter the Nationalism, race, culture, and religion to prevent from large scale discrimination and stereotypes world wide and to prevent from large numbers of human beings being killed due to the discriminating beliefs. Also any United Nations member must act upon any violence and conflict witness in everyday life throughout community. They must also take actions upon any complaints or warnings issued to them, meaning that UN workers need to at least check upon the concerns. If any number over 50 people must be considered a treat to human rights and must be considered the pre-signs of a genocide, when over 100 deaths from target and motivated murders occur this act of violence would immediately be considered a genocide in its earliest ages and must be acted on with any number of troops that can be sent out. This law cannot be bypassed by any country with a Vito power and the UN cannot refuse to help any country or racial group that are in the act of a genocide at any time no matter the amount of money and resources the UN can accompany for. If this law is broken a punishment can occur and personnel would be charged as equals with them who are responsible for the Genocide itself or whatever the supreme court feels necessary.
